Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because our retreats are intentionally small and require advance commitments, we’ve created the following policy to keep things fair for both you and our team.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (dependent on retreat and/or accommodation) is required to reserve your spot.
Deposits range from $200-$500 and is typically dependent on retreat and/or accommodation.
Your deposit secures your space and is applied toward your total balance.
Cancellations
90+ days before retreat: You may cancel and receive a refund of any payments made excluding the deposit.
60–89 days before retreat: 50% of your total retreat cost is non-refundable.
Less than 60 days before retreat: All payments are non-refundable.
Transferring Your Spot
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person at no additional cost. We’re happy to support this process.
If We Fill Your Spot
If your spot is filled from our waitlist, we will refund your payment minus the deposit, regardless of timing.
Retreat Cancellation by Host
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as airfare.
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events (illness, travel delays, emergencies, etc.).
