We host thoughtfully curated retreats that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention in community that feels real.
We gather in small groups—not for performance, but for presence. Not to escape life, but to return to it with more clarity, softness, and truth. Each experience is rooted in sankalpa—a heart-led intention that guides how we move, rest, connect, and reflect. This is not about doing more. It’s about listening more closely.
I’m a yoga teacher and facilitator devoted to creating spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and connected.
My approach weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness, sound, and intentional practices to help students cultivate presence, clarity, and inner trust.
Rather than striving for perfection, I encourage students to explore practice with curiosity and compassion, honoring their own pace and experience. I provide many gentle Reminders that this practice is beyond a physical practice or “work out”. It's a way to calm the mind and open the heart so we can recognize our true nature and connect with our heart's truest desires and how we want to show up in the world.
I’ve practiced yoga for years, and what has kept me coming back is how the practice makes me feel.Grounded. Present. More like myself. My classes are designed to help you find that feeling too.
I have been practicing yoga since 2011, first stepping onto the mat with a background in gymnastics and a love for movement. While yoga initially supported my physical goals, it quickly became something more: a steady, grounding practice that helped me navigate stress, chronic tension, and reconnect with myself.
My classes invite students to move with intention, build awareness, and explore what it means to trust their own inner knowing both on and off the mat.
